THE COMPANY’S RIGHTS LICENSE
BECOMING A MEMBER PARTICIPANT ADVERTISER OR DISTRIBUTOR
This Company’s Rights License Agreement, gives the advertiser and supporting distributor participants, the right to provide and register products/services advertisements on Distribuware Network Systems in the following manner.
An Advertiser or Distributor can be an individual or legal entity who becomes a participant of Distribuware Network Systems owned and run by Distribuware.com hereinafter referred to as the Company.
TOTAL FEES
The Company charges a total fee in USD per level subscription as follows. Bronze Package $150.00- 8 Ads. Silver Package $450.00- 12 Ads. Gold Package $750.00- 16 ads Platinum $1200.00- 20 Ads. Diamond $1800.00- 24 Ads. Ads are changeable at no extra cost. In addition to these fees, a fee for a plastic prepaid Debit Card may be payable.
REFERRAL FEES
The Company refunds a registered Advertiser or Distributor a referral fee made up of two thirds of the total fees according to the payment level. Bronze- $100.00, Silver- $300.00, Gold- $500.00, Platinum- $800.00 and Diamond- $1,200.00. All fees are paid to the Company which distributes to the referrer members directly to their prepaid debit cards or bank accounts.
ADMINISTRATION FEES
In addition to paying a registered advertiser for becoming a participating advertiser or distributor, an administration fee is also made to Distribuware. The administration fees match according to the payment levels above are Bronze- $50.00, Silver- $150.00, Gold- $250.00, Platinum- $400.00, and Diamond- $600.00 in any currency. All fees are made payable to Distribuware firstly and then referral fees are paid out to the referrers monthly to registered prepaid Debit Cards or bank accounts of the members.
WORLD CURRENCIES ACCEPTED
The currency sign used here is to denote any form of currency of the world and not only US dollars or other countries’ dollars. For e.g. Euro, Pound Sterling etc. and other countries’ currencies will be made available as the program expends worldwide. However, the amounts herein stated will remain standard per country currency. e.g. Euro 150.00, GBP 150.00 etc.
PAIRED PAYMENT LEVELS FOR ADVERTISERS AND DISTRIBUTORS COMING IN FOR THE FIRST TIME
According to the payment levels described herein, called Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, the system will pair each level in the way that new persons or companies entering for the first time will choose a level payment suitable to them and will sign up with a member’s Ads page of the same level and pay the Company.
PAIRED CURRENCY PAYMENTS
The Company will recognize multi currencies from many countries as stated herein, and will relate the currencies with countries and area locations on various worldwide servers. When choosing currencies, new persons or companies must pay the Company in the same currency as paid by existing advertisers or distributors. The Distribuware system is designed to be aware of a currency chosen and therefore reject a different currency if the currency doesn’t match. For e.g. if someone had chosen Japanese Yen, that new person must choose an advertiser who had also chosen Japanese yen. Each currency must match each other, because country currencies are not exchanged for US$ or any other country currency. However, the program will start by using US$. Individuals or legal entities from other countries where the USD is not the currency, will have to convert to USD in the beginning. The ultimate desire of the company is to use the currency of each country it operates Distribuware Network System.
REGISTRATION OF ADVERTISEMENTS
The advertiser and distributor must complete the entire Distribuware Registration Form if that member wishes to get the full benefits in advertising using Distribuware. The registration form on complete sign up, forms part of this License and Agreement.
TWO TYPES OF PARTICIPANTS
There are two types of participants of Distribuware Network Systems. The first is the Advertiser who may be a legal entity or an individual that has something to advertise i.e. products and/or services which are offered on the Advertiser’s website. The second type is called a Distributor who may be a legal entity or an individual and does not have any products or services to advertise. Such a Distributor may help advertise for an Advertiser, such as an employee of an Advertiser, or a satisfied customer of an Advertiser. An Internet user can join as an Advertiser or Distributor, whether that person knows or do not know the referring Advertiser or Distributor. The person merely chooses an Advertiser which he/she/they feel happy to help promote, or join through a Distributor who advertises for an Advertiser. One can then choose either Advertiser or Distributor from the signup form.
DISTRIBUWARE REGISTRATION FORM DIVIDED IN TWO PARTS
The Distribuware Registration Form is divided into two parts. One part is externally manifested on a URL link, and the other part is internally found within members’ area. There are four selections on the external form, namely “Advertiser” or “Distributor”, “Company” i.e. a Legal entity or “Individual”. A new person or legal entity must choose the type most suitable to them. If the person or legal entity chooses “Distributor” this means to Distribuware system, there is nothing to advertise. One is signing up on either an existing Advertiser’s or Distributor’s Advertisement Payment Page. The person or legal entity participant with products and services to offer and advertise must choose “Advertiser”. That can be done from choosing either an existing Advertiser or Distributor Advertisement Payment Page. Then the second part of the Registration form is to be completed by the person or legal entity who selected “Advertiser” and selections are to be filled and upload Ads contents of his/her/their own products and services.
ISSUES WHICH WARRANT DELETION OF ACCOUNTS (REFUND POLICY)
PERSONS OR COMPANIES CAN BE REFUNDED FULL FEES PAID WITHIN THREE MONTHS FROM JOINING.
Members can be refunded within the first three months from the date of joining Distribuware, so long as the member has not collected referral funds from any other person or company who signed up on the retiring person or company’s Advertisement Payment Page. Such a non-referral person or company would be refunded the entire fee paid (100%) according to the level of fees paid on sign up. The member will then be deleted.
NO REFUNDS PAID TO PERSONS OR COMPANIES UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
RESTRICTIONS ON ADVERTISEMENTS.
If a member did refer others to Distribuware at least twice and had received referral funds covering the cost of entry, no fees would be refundable to such a member as that retiring member had already recovered the fees for investing in Distribuware Advertising.
Pornographic materials, images, videos as well as hate, racial and violent content advertisements, illegal drugs and precursor drugs for the use of illegal drug manufacturing either banned according to laws of the advertiser’s country, are not allowed on Distribuware Network Systems. Advertisement Payment Pages will be deleted as soon as they are discovered or reported to the Company. No refunds on administration fees will be granted. Distribuware on all its worldwide servers and in countries where the Distribuware Advertising systems are installed, do not support any illegal activities whatsoever and will co-operate with Authorities policing whoever they may be across the globe. Our program is meant for the wise and truthful and to help those persons or business entities to become reasonably wealthy by healthy and wise means.
THE ADVERTISER’S PRODUCTS/SERVICES REGISTERED ON DISTRIBUWARE MUST BE AVAILABLE AT THE ADVERTISER’S SERVER OR SERVERS/STORE FRONTS ALWAYS.
Advertisers must have inventories of their products and/or capable of performing services before they can continue advertising on Distribuware. The system works on the basis that participants (members) seeking to purchase goods and services will click on an Advertiser’s Ads, with the expectation that the goods and services are already and immediately available. Advertisers can continually update their Ads on Distribuware, if inventories are not available, or their services have changed. Advertisers can replace the Ads of available inventories, rather than have Ads which lead to nowhere. Advertisers can be deleted for Ads which are illegal or lead others to no availability of inventories. No refunds on administration fees will be granted. The system will only be as first class when all Advertisers have valuable Ads advertised on Distribuware Advertisements Payments Pages and advertisements on the catalogue pages. Also, the system is designed in such a way that Advertisers/Distributors pay other Advertisers/Distributors for having the facility of purchasing inventories or services which are immediately available and for other exceptional discounts and gifts or giveaways meant only for the members of Distribuware. If these are not available, then the entire system breaks down. Strict adherence of maintaining Ads and supplying goods and services at the stated discounted prices plus other benefits advertisers may wish to give to members is paramount. The Advertiser does not physically pay out commissions but gives noteworthy discounts and facilities for members to purchase on credit, layaway, and other convenient shopping facilities. In this way, the Advertisers of Distribuware earns income with or without a direct sale of their goods and services. The more the Advertiser earns, the more he should give in the form of exceptional discounts and privileges. This is the distinct and unique concept behind Distribuware system of advertising and why Advertisers are being paid to advertise on Distribuware.
THE ADVERTISER MUST GIVE THE PARTICIPANT/BUYER OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THE EXCEPTIONAL DISCOUNTS STATED ON SIGN UP OF DISTRIBUWARE REGISTRATION OF ADVERTISEMENTS FORM.
The noteworthy discounts entered into the Distribuware Registration internal form, are of paramount importance to upkeep under this Rights License Agreement. An Advertiser must deliver to the participant member/buyer, those exceptional discounts offered on sale of goods and services. All members have the right to receive what has been advertised on the Distribuware Advertising Payments Pages by the Advertisers and Distributors. An advertiser can be deleted for not honoring another participant with such stated discounts once proof of the transaction is provided to the Company. No refunds on administration fees will be granted.
URL LINKS PROVIDED BY THE ADVERTISER MUST ALWAYS BE INTACT.
The links placed by an advertiser on the Distribuware Registration forms and in the Contents area of the Advertisement Payment Pages, must always be intact and must lead successfully to the advertiser’s site. If the links are broken, member participants will be disappointed, and they will not promote Distribuware as a viable option both for making money and getting the best deals from participating Advertisers. Only members can purchase from each other and obtain the discounts, credit facilities and gifts offered by the participating Advertisers. The links are therefore sensitive only to members of Distribuware. Without sensitivity to members, and without proper website links, the program breaks down. Members can report broken links to the admin on Advertisers’ Advertisement Payment Pages. Those members not observing these rules under this license, will have their accounts deactivated until they can restore their links. No refunds on administration fees will be granted.
KYC POLICY (KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER)
It is required by International Law, that online businesses especially dealing with financial payments, must know their customers. On sign up to Distribuware by using the sign-up form, the identification data collected will be tested for proof. Persons or companies signing up must submit real ID data. This data will also be used by our online payment processors which will request them for the purposes of issuing refundable debit cards to receive referral fees, and between Distribuware and the online payment processors, the information must match each other for the online payment system to be able to pay members perfectly. If information does not match, your account with Distribuware will be deactivated until the information matches between Distribuware and the online payment processors. Distribuware reserves the right to ask persons and companies to supply certified/Notary Public copies of their IDs if IDs provided are in doubt. In the case of persons, i.e. pictorial national IDs and for companies their Certificate of Incorporation complete with the ID number they supplied on signup. A copy of a utility bill will be required as well to verify addresses submitted. Please be guided accordingly. If the ID data supplied on signup is not completed within 3 days of signup, the Account will be deactivated automatically.
MULTI MEMBERSHIPS PER PARTICIPANT
THE ADVERTISER OR DISTRIBUTOR MAY ENTER THE SYSTEM MANY TIMES AS DESIRED.
Distribuware allows Advertisers and Distributors members to enter the system multiple times in various scenarios as the system contains multiple of choices in terms of payment levels, currencies, countries and areas within countries as well on multiple of servers across the globe. Even though a member may have been signed up or deleted, his/her/their data are not deleted once they adhere to this License Agreement. Advertisers and Distributors can sign up on other Advertisers or Distributors on any level to gain more Distribuware Advertising Payments Pages, so that others can in return sign up as well and the system keeps revolving from participants to participants on various servers, countries, currencies and areas. However, the various procedures contained in this License Agreement must be kept for participating Advertisers or Distributors, not to be deactivated or eventually deleted. Ultimately Advertisers and Distributors must adhere to their promises on sign up. It is wise to adhere strictly to this Agreement.
THE ADVERTISER OR DISTRIBUTOR CAN BECOME AN ADMINISTRATOR OF DISTRIBUWARE.
Advertisers and Distributors who follow strictly this Rights License Agreement contained herein, and continue to help sign up and train new Advertisers and Distributors to do the same, and make a specified number of new members (at least 12) per month for one year, can be chosen to help administrate specific countries, areas, currencies or payment levels as are required. Those Advertisers or Distributors will then share a percentage of the administration fees they helped to bring to the Company under their specific management portfolio. A separate License Agreement outlining sharing of Administration fees will be offered for the administration rights and privileges to qualified member advertisers or distributors.
THE HEREIN RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AND RESTRICTIONS ARE GRANTED BY THE COMPANY.
The payment to the Company’s bank or online payment system and the sign up by Advertisers/Distributors through the Registration Form, along with the strict adherence of this Rights License Agreement, along with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and any Disclaimers herein issued by the Company, constitutes full acceptance of this Company’s Rights License Agreement.
